3.2 Accurate Information. 3.3 Identity Verification (KYC). winph37 is required to conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) verification in accordance with Philippine anti-money laundering regulations. You agree to submit valid government-issued Philippine identification documents when requested. Withdrawal requests will not be processed until KYC verification is complete.
3.4 Account Ownership. Your winph37 account is personal to you and may not be transferred, sold, or assigned to any third party. You may not allow any other person to access or use your account.
3.5 Account Suspension and Termination. winph37 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate any account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to cases of suspected fraud, breach of these Terms, or regulatory requirements. In the event of termination for cause, winph37 may forfeit any bonus balances and withhold funds pending investigation.
4.1 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your winph37 login credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time passwords (OTPs) issued for two-factor authentication.
4.2 You agree to notify winph37 immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized access to or use of your account. winph37 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this security obligation.
4.3 winph37 will never ask you to disclose your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. Any communication purporting to be from winph37 that requests your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to our support team immediately.
4.4 winph37 recommends that players enable two-factor authentication (2FA) on their accounts and use a unique, strong password that is not used for any other online service.
5.1 Accepted Payment Methods. winph37 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via GCash, PayMaya (Maya), and bank transfer to major Philippine banks including BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, and Security Bank. Debit cards linked to eligible Philippine bank accounts may also be accepted.
5.2 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount is ₱50. winph37 does not impose a standard maximum deposit limit, though individual payment providers may apply their own transaction limits.
5.3 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests are processed within the following timeframes for verified accounts: GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically completed within five (5) minutes to two (2) hours; bank transfers are processed within one (1) to three (3) business days. Processing times may vary during peak periods or where additional verification is required.
5.4 Withdrawal Verification. winph37 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal. This may include proof of identity, proof of payment method ownership, or source of funds documentation, in accordance with Philippine anti-money laundering regulations.
5.5 Currency. All transactions on the winph37 Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (₱ / PHP). winph37 does not accept or process transactions in foreign currencies, and does not support cryptocurrency transactions of any kind.
5.6 Dormant Accounts. An account that has had no login activity for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months will be classified as dormant. winph37 reserves the right to apply a monthly dormancy administration fee to dormant accounts. Players will be notified before any fee is applied.
6.1 winph37 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions of each individual promotion, which are published on the relevant promotion page.
6.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless otherwise stated, all bonus funds credited to a player's account are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier and eligible games will be specified in the promotion's individual terms. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the specified timeframe will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any winnings derived therefrom.

6.5 No Cash Alternative. Bonuses and promotional credits have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash except in accordance with the applicable wagering requirements and withdrawal conditions.
7.1 All games available on the winph37 Platform operate using certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or, in the case of live dealer games, are conducted by trained dealers in licensed studios. Game outcomes are determined independently of winph37's systems and are not influenced by player behavior, bet size, or account history.
7.2 Game Malfunctions. 11.2 winph37's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with these Terms or the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
11.3 winph37 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
11.4 Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude winph37's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.
12.1 winph37 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is available at winph37.app/privacy-policy and is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
12.2 By using the winph37 Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in our Privacy Policy, including for the purposes of account management, KYC verification, fraud prevention, and regulatory compliance.
